MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

There is no minimum quantity required to order. However, since we do not offer cut service, the minimum orderable quantity is the smallest length available on the product page and depends on each reference/color.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER SAMPLES?

All our fabrics are sold by the meter. The minimum order quantity is 1 meter per item.

WHAT IS THE SAMPLE SIZE?

The fabric samples are 14x14 cm in size.

DO YOU OFFER SMALL SQUARE FOOTAGE FABRICS?

Some of our fabrics are also available in smaller square footage. Check the options available in each product's drop-down menu.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT ?

We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards and PayPal and bank transfer.

IS A RECEIPT OF PAYMENT SENT?

Yes, a final invoice will be sent immediately after the goods are shipped, within two days after the payment is recorded.

CAN I REQUEST AN INVOICE FOR MY ORDER?

Sure, you can request an invoice during the checkout process by telling us your SDI code or by contacting our customer service department at (support@zerow.it) after placing your order.

CAN I PAY ON DELIVERY?

Currently, the counter check payment service is inactive.

SHIPMENTS

HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

It is possible to track the status of shipments through the identification number (tracking number), which you will receive by email as soon as the goods leave our warehouse.

HOW ARE SHIPPING CHARGES CALCULATED?

At checkout based on delivery address and weight of materials ordered. You can view the exact costs at checkout.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Whole roll (or leather) orders take 5-7 business days to prepare since the materials are located at our supplier brand warehouses, while sample orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After shipment, estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days, depending on geographic destination. You will receive an email as soon as your order is shipped.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping time and cost will vary depending on the destination and weight of the material.

RETURN POLICY

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Zerow accepts returns only in cases of serious defects in the material or nonconformity with what is shown on our web portal. In such cases, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible for assistance.

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

To request a return for defective materials, contact our customer service department providing details of your order and a description of the defect. We will guide you through the return process

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR DEFECTIVE MATERIALS?

Refund for defective materials will be processed within 7-10 business days after receipt and verification of the return.

WHO IS CHARGED SHIPPING COSTS IN CASE OF RETURN?

In case of return, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
