Zerow stands for Zero Waste. It is a community of companies, artisans, fashion designers and people who love sustainable products. It is divided into a marketplace online where you can buy finished upcycled products and materials; a circular network between companies and artisans; and the ZerowLab.

Zerow is based in the industrial area of Florence, where the tradition of artisans  has made the area a leather cluster leader in the world. Here we collect scraps of the luxury industrial production to favour local small artisans and emerging designers.

The ZerowLab is multifunctional space where artisans, startuppers, and fashion designers can meet and discuss innovative ideas. Check this page for more information.

ORDERS, PRICING AND PAYMENTS

Zerow accepts all main payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
All payments are secured and protected by Stripe.

We keep your personal data private and confidential and only give it out with your consent or if legally permitted to. For further details, please refer to Zerow Privacy Policy.

No, all you need is an email address. However, we recommend you to create an account so that you can become part of Zerow community and be always updated. However, you can place and track orders as a guest and sign up to a time that suits you.

You can join Zerow community and stay informed of new arrivals, trends and exclusive promotions by entering your email address in the ‘Subscribe’ section at the bottom of our homepage.

It means that there is no stock for that particular product. It will be manufactured only once the order is placed. This helps the reduction of wasted materials and resources.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We ship normally towards Italy, Europe, North America. If you have specific shipping needs please contact us.

The shipping costs vary from country to country.

Once the product is ready, we provide Express shipping (1-2 days) with our courier partners. We are aware that you cannot wait to receive our exclusive pieces, for this reason we built the fastest delivery process.

Remember that some products are ready for you, while others will be made once you place the order. These products are labelled with the “Crafing Time” in the description. In this case, be patience and read the production time for each piece. It will be worth the wait!

You can change your shipping details at any time by sending an email at info@zerow.com.

Also, during the shipping phase, our logistic partner will send you a text message with all the updated information about your delivery. You will be able to update your shipping details (e.g. address, time, delivery type) by answering to that text message.

When you buy a product from our marktplace, you will receive a confirmation email with a code to track your pack. The shipment is done by SDA (Poste Italiane).

We honor return requests made within 14 days after receiving the original purchase.

Zerow accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items, with no signs of use, for refund. Please note that customized, personalized and exchanged products cannot be returned.

Returns must be packaged in the Zerow box, which must be securely sealed with adhesive tape. In case our box is no longer available, you may use another type of packaging suitable for the shipment of our items.

If the original order was below the 150€ threshold for free shipping the shipping fee will be excluded from the refund. If a partial return brings the total amount paid below 150€, the shipping amount will be deducted from the refund according to your local shipping rate.

To start a return, please send us an email to returns@zerow.it and enter your order number and email and follow the steps.

Zerow will cover the return shipment and any customs fees for you. Possible refunds and exchanges will be processed within 14 working days upon the arrival into our warehouse.

Once your return has been approved you have 7 days to use the provided shipping label before it and the return request expires.

For orders paid by Credit Card, the funded amount will be available to clients in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company.
